The indoor SF6 gas and oxygen online monitoring and alarm system is an online monitoring and alarm system for SF6 insulation gas leakage in indoor SF6 composite electrical equipment of substations. It is mainly used for comprehensive monitoring of the 35kV SF6 switch room, 500kV, 220kV, 110kV GIS room, SF6 laboratory storage room, and other indoor environments where SF6 equipment is installed in substations. Real time monitoring of SF6 gas leakage in the environment and oxygen content in the air. This system adopts a new type of high-sensitivity sensor and its own infrared laser technology. When there is a slight change in the concentration of SF6 and O2 indoors, the sensor can immediately respond to this change and transmit the signal to the controller after processing by the microcontroller. The controller handles data processing, storage, color display, alarm, fan, dehumidification, temperature control, and transmits the results to a remote computer.
This system accurately monitors multiple parameters such as indoor SF6 concentration and O2 concentration. With complete communication conditions, a monitoring center can be established in the form of a network to achieve real-time monitoring of unmanned substations and switch rooms, improve management efficiency, and improve maintenance systems. The monitoring center is centered around a database, which can monitor the environment and equipment operation status of substations and switch rooms, as well as conduct statistical analysis based on past environmental and equipment operation data, providing decision-making basis for managers. At the same time, it improves the safety of unmanned substation operation, especially providing reliable protection for the personal safety of daily inspection and maintenance personnel.
