Nanjing Shuntai Technology Co., Ltd., founded in May 2002, is a specialized technology-based private enterprise engaged in the research, development, production, sales, and service of monitoring and testing instruments for the power industry. It has been successively rated as a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a national high-tech enterprise, one of the top 100 excellent technology growth enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and a demonstration enterprise for innovation capability construction among small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Our company is the drafting unit of the industry standards DL/T 1140-2012 "General Technical Conditions for Laser Leak Detectors for SF6 in Electrical Equipment" and DL/T 1779-2017 "Technical Conditions for Ultraviolet Imaging Instruments for Corona Discharge Detection in High-Voltage Electrical Equipment".

Currently, our company boasts a 6,000-square-meter modern office building and a 1,115-square-meter research and development laboratory. Our various research and development instruments, equipment, and product testing devices are worth 18 million yuan. In 2016, our company established a new production base covering an area of 34,000 square meters. We have six mature modern product production lines and currently employ 176 staff members, including six Ph.D. holders and 56 full-time research and development technicians.

The company adheres to the path of high-tech enterprise development, places great emphasis on the research and development of new products and technologies, and regards technological innovation as the source of the company's enduring vitality. The company has established the "Jiangsu Industrial Environmental Spectral Detection Engineering Technology Research Center" and formed a production-education-research consortium with a group of research institutes (universities) represented by the Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to jointly develop new products that meet market demands. It has undertaken more than ten national, provincial, and municipal scientific research projects, with project funds amounting to nearly ten million yuan. It has successively developed a series of power monitoring products such as the STF series (STF-1000, STF-2000, STF-3000) GIS indoor SF6, O2 online monitoring alarm system, drainage-type electrical cabinet dehumidifier, SF6 gas leak detector, solar-blind ultraviolet imager, infrared online temperature measurement system, high-voltage equipment ultraviolet and infrared imaging online monitoring system, valve hall intelligent inspection system, fan control system, and laser obstacle removal. The products involve sensor signal processing technology, system integration technology, database technology, network communication technology, spectral processing technology, etc.

In 2012, the Jiangsu Industrial Environmental Spectral Detection Engineering Technology Research Center was established. The research center possesses high-end optical technology that has reached the domestic advanced level, and its ultraviolet technology has reached the international equivalent level. It has also formed a production-education-research consortium with a group of scientific research institutes (universities) represented by the Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to jointly develop new products that meet market demands. The center has undertaken more than ten national, provincial, and municipal scientific research projects, with project funds amounting to nearly ten million yuan.
